Order is reserved on confirmation, never charged. Courier confirms identity, collects payment, marks delivered. Reconciliation runs daily against carrier sheets — discrepancies open automatically as tickets in Studio.

02 · Shipping & delivery status

A single calm timeline the family actually understands.

Every shipment carries a normalized status (created → picked up → in transit → out for delivery → delivered) regardless of carrier. The customer sees one bilingual timeline; staff see the raw carrier events.
